Through intensive work and support, students and teachers learn to bring their inner world to their teaching, learning and relationships — building a culture of deeper connection and spiritual growth.
We don't run a workshop and leave. Over two years, we walk alongside your manchim, teachers, and students — here's what a year with us looks like.
Graduating schools join RESHET and keep deepening their skills. With the foundation of the two-year cohort, educators can go on to Lifnai Vlifnim’s more advanced fellowships and programs.
Every cohort’s schools stay connected through RESHET, so each new cohort builds on the last.
We see the manchim — each school's facilitators — as playing the most significant role in building the new culture of avodat Hashem we hope to achieve. Strengthening a cohort of leaders across schools builds the buy-in and commitment that real change requires.
We build four things in every manchim we train — so they can bring them home and lead the work in their own schools.
From New York to Mexico City, Israel and Melbourne. Pick a cohort to see where each group learns.
Applications for Cohort VII open February 2027. Tell us about your school, and let's start the conversation.
