For the past four years, Lifnai Vlifnim has worked with school based educators to deepen, for themselves and their students, the culture of connection in schools- with others, Torah, Hashem and themselves. By learning to make participants’ inner world a more authentic part of their learning experience, educators build va’adim/chaburot of avodah and genuine tefillah.
We believe that the core structure that has helped teachers and students in school grow should be introduced with adults of all ages in a communal settings. Partnering with the RCA, we can help Rabbis find a sense of hitchadsht in their own avodas HaShem as they learn to facilitate similar experiences for others.
Seminar participants will be invited to join a special pilot cohort experience- including virtual workshops, a personalized coaching session and an in person learning session in their community.
