Through the psukim in Yirmiyahu, participants reflect on their emotions during challenging times and how they can translate them into action.
Thus said GOD:
We have heard cries of panic,
Terror without relief.
Ah, that day is awesome;
There is none like it!
It is a time of trouble for Jacob,
But he shall be delivered from it.
Participants can split into chavrutot, discuss as a group or split the questions between group discussion and chavruta.
Bring the group together. If time allows, you may ask for them to openly share one thing from their learning.
Ask everyone to respond to: What gives me strength or encouragement during an עת צרה, challenging times?
